A closer look at the conversations ahead

How Equality Wins: Governing Through Backlash. David Glasgow, Executive Director of NYU’s Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging and co-author of How Equality Wins, will deliver the keynote.

Women Leading the Way. Myrna Soto, Colleen Taylor, and PRISM Vice Chair Betsy Bernard will join Fabrice Houdart for a conversation that puts experienced women directors’ perspectives at the center.

Governance of AI: The State of the Agentic Enterprise. Moderator Steven Wolfe Pereira will be joined by Torrence Boone of Google and Chris Brandon of Amazon Web Services to examine an issue moving rapidly up the boardroom agenda.

Trends in Board Recruitment. Ozzie Gromada Meza will moderate a discussion with Chuck Gray of Egon Zehnder, independent director Debra Sandler, and Suzanne Brown of NYSE Board Services.

Hot Topics in Board Governance. Pablo Ottado, Dottie Schindlinger of Diligent, and Evan Epstein of Boardroom Governance will bring their perspectives to the issues shaping board service today.
